Tonight it was Sushi Sunday and Sundowners at Mekka….. I arrived around 6pm and  it was a mixed crowd of 20 to 40 somethings…  a much bigger crowd than last night, the lounge music being played by the DJ was mixed with live music, the atmosphere was  lively, the décor is trendy and contemporary. Mekka is the place where people go for Sushi Sundays in the afternoon and they drink into the late afternoon…others come late in the afternoon for Sundowners on the rooftop watching the sunset as they drink late into the night… I had a good time there was a nice cool vibe….

Places: Saturday Evening At Pariah State.....

Today is the beginning of my blog and I believe the beginning of a great journey to a wonderful destination. Tonight I spent the greater part of my evening at Pariah State, a bar in Avondale. The atmosphere was relaxed and warm, the crowd was mixed and the music was a fusion mix of modern Latin music and jazz. I met some interesting people from various walks of life and made some connections in business. Overall I had a fun evening and after one too many drinks I decided to call it a night…Cheers...
